Enrian is not your typical development firm or traditional consulting company. Since 2014, they’ve offered comprehensive services, from expert consulting and business opportunity analysis to designing and implementing robust digital solutions. Always quickly, efficiently, and tailor-made.

 

After a period of growth, Enrian reached a point where it needed to:

 

    •    Strategically and systematically work on building its brand, marketing, and communication.

    •    Consistently position itself to clients, partners, collaborators, and employees.

What?

First and foremost, we focused on establishing the brand. We started to define Enrian’s setup, visual identity, and brand positioning from the ground up. Enrian’s values, such as ethics, joy in work, and sustainable growth and impact, align closely with CREAMY's values, making our collaboration smooth and enjoyable.


We integrated the new visual identity into everything Enrian does. This started with the website, presentations, and other key documents and extended to social media communications and popular merch.

We began building the brand from the inside out. Enrian employs talented people from almost every continent, forming a well-coordinated team. Additionally, after nearly ten years in the market, the company has accumulated unique know-how that should be shared with the world. In the first phase, our communication focused on employer branding to attract new employees with the same vision.

 

In the second phase, we target client-focused communication. Our strategy is based on three main pillars:

  • Content from the #InsideEnrian, 

  • Impact and achievements #EnrianWay, featuring case studies, highlighting the most interesting projects, and launching new or helping launch new ones, such as Thinking Together.

  • We introduce people, #Enrianers, individual employees, their career paths, and experiences. We profile the key people as opinion leaders and work with them to further raise their visibility.

Where?

We communicate our projects and significant events on our company’s LinkedIn profile and our new website. Check out a few articles on the Blog! We reach out to employees, families, and friends on Instagram. We participated in a fintech conference in Prague. Our priority for 2023 was “employer branding.” To support this, we created content for the website's new “Join Us ” section. We also began working with Cocuma to develop a profile highlighting Enrian’s values, culture, and work environment to potential job candidates. Currently, we are working on a new series of case studies and preparing for marketing and communication initiatives in selected countries. Stay tuned.
